Lunchtime Jazz - elegant & inventive, with seasonal specials
Gabriel Latchin (piano) Calum Gourlay (double bass) Josh Morrison (drums). Gabriel Latchin, a leading figure on the British jazz scene, brings together his trio to showcase bebop at its finest. Praised by The Guardian’s Dave Gelly as “the best straight-ahead jazz pianist to appear in the past few years”, Latchin will be performing music from his four critically acclaimed albums, along with a few of his favourite festive numbers to mark the season.
Tickets (£17) in advance via our website or at the door. Concert finish c. 10.00pm.

Our Twilight Express service are back for 2024 by popular demand, a fantastic family evening out. Your journey begins at Willow Lawn and operates non-stop back to Willow Lawn via Woody Bay, taking you through the woods at night!
The Ruislip Lido Railway is set on the borders of the ancient woodland of Ruislip, we know one of the most exciting parts about riding our Santa Special trains is travelling through the line at night spotting all our decorations in the dark – it’s truly magical – so we are now offering more people the opportunity to see our night decorations on our Twilight Express.
For a limited number of days immediately before Christmas (and Boxing Day evening) we are offering our visitors the opportunity to book onto the Twilight Express, departing Willow Lawn your journey will last for around 25minutes – a fantastic pre-Christmas evening out for Children & Adults.
Please note that this event is separate to our Santa Special Event, this event does not include a visit to Santa or any Gifts.
Adults £5.00. Children £4.00. Under 3 - Free. (Under 3's do not require a ticket).

The group meets on the first Saturday of each month at 10.30am. The meeting point varies between St Martin's Approach, Kings College Road and Elmbridge Drive.
Activities/tasks include:
River clearance
Himalayan balsam removal
litter picking
ditch and scrub maintenance.

Wedding day antics include jealous husbands, a revenge-seeking doctor, an older woman with a secret, a teenager who can't keep it in his pants, a drunken gardener and a very frustrated wife. Will Figaro and Susanna ever get to celebrate their special day?
Not without some farce, some subterfuge, and some rather glorious music.
