Eastcote Business Association Proposed Christmas Lights 2009 |
|
|
A meeting was held on Thursday 16th July 2009, regarding the decorating of 25 lamp posts with Christmas lights. It was agreed to give the Council the green light to go ahead, leaving us the traders to raise £3,500 as our contribution. The amount per business will be £50 which we hope to have collected from all traders by the middle of August (cheques made payable to Eastcote Association) and then a cheque will be forwarded to the Council. We would also like to thank the Eastcote Residents Association for their generous support which was greatly appreciated. Discussions are also in hand to set up a special page for the Eastcote Business Association, where those members who have supported the "Christmas in Eastcote Evening" will be listed with their business and contact details free of charge. View the Traders helping to pay for the Christmas lights there. Lights switched on Saturday 5 December. Should you have any queries please contact either of the following:- Steve Percy 0208 429 1444 Peter Petros 0208 866 3920 Jay 0208 868 4040
