Eastcote is an area established around an old village in the North West of Greater London and is part of the London Borough of Hillingdon. The Borough is particularly fortunate in having lots of award winning green space and excellent council provided services. It has good Tube links to London on the Metropolitan and Picadlilly Lines.

There is a variety of housing types with the mainly 30's Metropolitan houses being recently joined by the modern homes at Pembroke Park and by the conversion of offices into flats or apartments. It has a thriving shopping centre along Field End Road.

The local area also has excellent primary and secondary schools. Highgrove swimming pool and leisure centre is close by. The town has its own library and a number of churches. Eastcote House Gardens with its own cafe is but one of the many parks surrounding the town.

The active residents associations and the community clubs and societies help to make it a much sort after place to live in London.

The Telegraph in 2015 place Eastcote Tube Station as Number 2 in the top ten most in demand tube stops.
