Protective Screening – offering a practical way for all our businesses to re-open
The COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 has created considerable change and challenge to every aspect of the shape of our daily lives. Remote working practices initiated during Lockdown are still a necessity for many people but for businesses who need to operate from their premises and interact with staff, suppliers and customers, it is not the ideal solution for all. Blind Technique Ltd, an established blinds industry expert based locally here in Eastcote, Middlesex, decided to launch a new product which could help those people who need to return to work in an office environment which supports the following of the social distancing guidelines.
The protective screens by Blind Technique Ltd are easy to assemble, pack away, lightweight and offer both flexible usage and a cost-effective solution to a critical practical issue affecting the workplace today. Businesses are already facing significant commercial pressures without having to invest in a costly product which is permanent or semi-permanent and so could be difficult or awkward to remove without the need for cosmetic repair to fixtures and fittings. Blind Technique Ltd considered this specific issue in detail and in the design have created a clear, strong, transparent film which is wipe clean and can be positioned for desk use, or as a suspended screen (from the ceiling) to indicate a work station divider or indeed as a standing option for floors, desks or tables to perhaps indicate a one-way system within the office.
