75th anniversary of Victory over Japan day
At a recent ceremony at the Eastcote War Memorial the Mayor of the London Borough of Hillingdon Councillor Teji Barnes laid a wreath to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Victory over Japan day. Several representative from local organisations were there including Jeff Duley and members from the Eastcote branch of the British Legion. Because of Covid regulations the number of attendees was limited to 30.
