Gold Badge Presentation Eastcote Royal British Legion
On 17th September Frank Underhill (left), Eastcote Branch Standard Bearer, was presented with a Gold Badge, for meritorious service to the Royal British Legion by Fred Grimes (left), Chairman of the Greater London District. Seven other Gold Standard Bearers were in attendance (a surprise for Frank) as was the Deputy Mayor of the London Borough of Hillingdon, Cllr Teji Barnes, together with many friends, branch and family members. The Gold Badge is the highest award that a member can receive.
