Bodystreet Eastcote 1st Anniversary
The Bodystreet Eastcote team Jemma & Roger are pictured with gym member Ian and were joined by Hillingdon Mayor Cllr David Yarrow & Mayoress Mrs Mary O'Oconnor to celebrate their 1st Anniversary in the town.  Roger briefed Cllr Yarrow on the EMS technique used and explained that apart from helping gym members to keep fit it was also useful to help rehabilitation after an accident or illness by strengthening and improving muscle tone.
