When ordering online try to arrange for deliveries to be collected either personally or by a neighbour, instead of leaving them on doorstep unaccounted for and making it an easy target for potential thief.

If you can’t arrange for parcel to be collected by a person ,major delivery providers  offer secure delivery locations called lockers where only authorised recipient can get access to.

Parcel delivery drop box – these boxes allow the delivery to be placed into a secure box.

Make sure the entrance door to communal mail box area and access to flats are secured and locked.

In the event of a missing/ lost parcel, please contact the retailer and or courier before reporting to police
