Pinner Village Show
Memorial Park Pinner 14th September The Show opens at 11:00am and closes at 16:00; before which the draw is made for the Meal for Two raffle, tickets for which the Rotary Club of Pinner have been selling since July. This raises funds for charity which this year is Kids Can Achieve. Over twenty local restaurants have donated Meal for Two vouchers mostly worth up to £40.

Alzheimer’s Memory Walk 2013 Home Instead local Hillingdon & Harrow Alzheimers society branch are holding the annual Memory walk at Ruislip Lido on Saturday 21st September. Meet at San Remo Cafe by the beach at 1.30pm and there will be a short talk on Dementia before the walk. Get your friends and family to sponsor you to see how many laps you can do around the Lido. We at Home Instead Senior Care are helping to promote this event to the local community and to gain as much interest as we can. You can get a sponsor form from the Alzheimers Society at Templeton Centre, Joel Street, Northwood Hills or contact us at Home Instead on 0203 226 0930 and we will send one out to you. Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning Friday 27th September The Home Instead Senior Care office in Eastcote are holding their annual MacMillan coffee morning to support the world’s biggest coffee morning. The event will be on Friday 27th September between 10.30-12.00pm. Please come along and help us support this worthy cause to raise funds for MacMillan cancer nurses. It's Macmillan's biggest fundraising event. In 2012 115,000 people signed up, raising a record £15 million.We will have some yummy homemade cakes and a raffle. The office is at Ferrari House, 1st Floor, 258 Field End Road, Eastcote, Middlesex, HA4 9UU, We are opposite Eastcote station.

Young At Heart Show 5th & 6th October For those of you over 50 there is an event call the Young at Heart Show at Alexandra Palace, London on the 5th & 6th October. There will be many attractions including celebrity hosts and interviews, live entertainment, wine tasting, catwalk show, food & drink, cookery demos, seminars, technology learning zone, health & beauty and Arts and Crafts. Home Instead Senior Care will have a stall in the quality exhibitors section, so come on down, have fun and see us on that weekend.
