National Falls Awareness Week
This year  from 18-22 June 2012
Home Instead are sponsoring bookets with Age UK covering Fall Awareness to suggest how those at risk of falls can spot the hazards they face and to help with suggestions how to fix them.
To promote the services and interventions that can help older people to reduce their risk of falls and challenge the common perception that falling is an inevitable part of ageing, Age UK hosts Falls Awareness Week every year in June.
