A new zebra crossing which will connect the Tesco Express with the new residential developments. This location took into account pedestrian and traffic counts as well as comments from the independent Road Safety Audit.
A new 20mph zone to be introduced in the town centre, between Deane Croft Road and Eastcote Station. The principle is that the traffic calming slows vehicles down and in this way the zone becomes 'self enforceable'.
