"We noted that the borough of Hillingdon was too large for two

constituencies wholly contained within its boundary. We propose a Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner constituency, which retains six wards from the existing constituency, and includes wards from the existing Uxbridge and South Ruislip constituency, and the Rayners Lane ward from the existing Harrow West constituency. We also propose a Hillingdon and Uxbridge constituency, which includes five wards from the existing Uxbridge and South Ruislip constituency, two wards from the existing Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner constituency, and the Ealing borough wards of Northolt West End and Northolt Mandeville from the existing Ealing North constituency, to ensure that it meets the electoral quota.
