Bodystreet Eastcote Gym in action
Went along to the Eastcote branch of Bodytstreet and had my personal assessment with health checks including blood pressure and pulse before being guided through the procedures by personal trainer Gemma, in the picture. All the clothing and equipment is supplied and maintained to the highest standard by Bodystreet. I was given sensible advice to stay hydrated and then undertook the first 20 min Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) session. It was not stressful but at the end I was perspiring freely, proving that it was producing results. Will I go again yes. More information on their website..............
