More than 5 million in UK never use the Internet
Citizens advice have explained that more than 5 million people in the UK have never used the internet. Many people are still reliant on paper documents - providers must make sure post is still an option. A similar issue applies to Banks who are closing branches as fast as they can including Barclays in Eastcote. People who do not use online banking will be forced to undergo inconvenient journeys to Ruislip or Pinner or will find long queues in Post Offices
