Despite Cloudy weather the Friends of Shenley Park played hosts to the local community in Shenley Park to celebrate the Queens 90th Birthday Year and the recent Green Flag award. Support from Lawrence Rand, Manor Ward Cllr's Mike Markham, Susan O'Brien and Doug Mills made the entire event possible. 

Entertainment was on hand in the form of classical singerFransesca Mepham and Bollywood Dancers.

Ruislip Sea Cadets demonstrated marching technique's and Ruslip Rugby junior section played a mini rugby game. Family storytelling was on hand for the younger generation.

Dog lovers were encouraged to enter the Fun Dog show competition. Stalls from Ruislip Baptist Church, Ruislip Lions Club and many more to add to the family entertainment. The Friends of Shenley Park Team are pictured above with the Manor Ward Cllr's
