News about Malt House Proposed Revevelopment
The Eastcote Residents Association have provided the following information. "The Home Group, which owns Malt House, are proposing a complete redevelopment of this large empty office block on the corner of Field End Road and Sunningdale Avenue (near to the motor showroom). In addition to redeveloping this site there are proposing to redevelop their overflow car park in Woodlands Avenue, directly behind the shops and Remo's Village Italian Restaurant. The current office block has been empty for some time. The Malt House redevelopment is a mixture of mostly flats with some houses the car park redevelopment in Woodlands Avenue is houses. Their Planning Consultants, Quod, have proposed to hold a drop in session to allow local residents to view and comment on their proposals.
